About Shri Mangalnath MahadevShri Mangalnath Mahadev sits on the western bank of the Shipra in Ujjain — the only Mars-grah temple in the world per Matsya Purana. This is the spot where the planet Mangal was born: a drop of Shiva's perspiration during the Andhakasura battle fell to Earth, a self-manifested shivalinga rose from it, and from that linga Mangal took birth. Mars is Bhumi-putra — son of the Earth — and the reddish linga sits exactly on the Karka Rekha, tradition's center of the Earth.
How the ritual is performedThe acharya performs the Bhaat Puja with the full Vedic ritual — Gauri-Ganesh puja, Kalash-sthapana, Navagraha puja, then cooked-rice bhaat offering and masoor dal over the reddish shivalinga, followed by the Rin-Mochan Mangal Stotra. Every step is performed only for your family's naam-gotra.
Why DivyachadhavaDevotees usually want the puja carried with care — a clear ritual, a clear video, and a clear sankalp before the deity.
You pick the shubh tithi. The acharya raises the sankalp at the temple in your name on that very day.
Every mantra, every sankalp-jal, every offering is performed for your naam-gotra alone. No other devotee’s name enters this sankalp.
The recorded video is of your family’s sankalp only. It is never bundled with another devotee’s name in the same recording.
The Bhaat Puja at Shri Mangalnath Mahadev is the shastra-named remedy for Mangal Dosh — performed at the only Mars-grah temple on Earth per Matsya Purana, where Mangal was born from a drop of Shiva's sweat during the Andhakasura battle. Cooked bhaat, masoor dal and the Rin-Mochan Mangal Stotra cool Mars's heat in your naam-gotra alone, on the tithi you choose.
