About Shri Harsiddhi ShaktipeethShri Harsiddhi Shaktipeeth at Ujjain is one of the fifty-one Shakti Peethas, where the Mother is worshipped as Harsiddhi, the siddhi-granting Devi and kuldevi of the great Vikramaditya, whose lamp-tower shrine glows at every dusk. As Shakti she is the source of all vidya, buddhi and vaani, the Mother from whom Saraswati herself flows. Vasant Panchami, the Magha Shukla Panchami, is the day of the Devi of vidya, when the young begin their learning and the wise renew their study.
