About Shri Chourasi Khamba Mandir, GokulShri Chourasi Khamba Mandir stands at Gokul, on the banks of the Yamuna in the Braj mandal, the dham of Bal-Krishna's bal-leela with Nanda and Yashoda. The pillared Chourasi Khamba is revered by long tradition as Nanda's bhavan of Krishna's childhood days, and Gokul itself as the land where Gopal grazed and kept the cows of the gwal-baal. Krishna is worshipped here as Gopal, the keeper and protector of gau-mata. Families bring a gau-seva daan to this dham — sponsoring the chara, gud and jal of a cow in Krishna's own Gokul, in their naam-gotra — for the punya of gau-daan, for obstacle-removal, and for family prosperity through Gopal's kripa.
How the ritual is performedExperienced pandits raise the Gau-Seva Sankalp and sponsor the feeding of gau-mata with chara, gud and jal, alongside tulsi-dal, makhan and peela-pushp arpan to Gopal, all in authentic Vedic vidhi. Every step is dedicated to your family's naam-gotra alone, on the single tithi you choose, a heartfelt daan for gau-daan punya, obstacle-removal and family prosperity.
Why DivyachadhavaDevotees usually want the seva carried with care — a clear vidhi, a clear video, and a clear gau-seva sankalp before Gopal.
