1. About Our Service
DivyaChadhava is a spiritually-driven digital platform that allows devotees to book personalized chadhava, pujas, and daan offerings at sacred temples across India. We act as a facilitator between the devotee and the temple/Pandit, and ensure timely execution, documentation (video), and optional prasad delivery.
2. User Commitments
By using our platform, you agree:
- To provide accurate personal details: name, gotra, purpose, birth info if applicable
- To refrain from misusing any ritual or service in any way that disrespects Vedic tradition
- That you are booking these rituals for genuine spiritual intentions, not for resale or proxy use
3. Booking & Ritual Execution
- Once booked, your ritual is scheduled on the assigned tithi/date and cannot be rescheduled.
- Your name is included in the sankalp (ritual intent recitation) performed by authorized Pandits at the chosen temple.
- Videos are recorded by the temple team and stitched into personalized experiences, delivered via WhatsApp/email/CDN link.
4. Intellectual Property
- All videos, text, content, branding, spiritual recommendations, and visual material on the platform are owned by DivyaChadhava.
- You may not redistribute, sell, or re-upload our videos or material for commercial purposes.
5. Platform Use Restrictions
- You may not reverse engineer or scrape our content or insights for unauthorized AI, astrology, or ritual services.
- You agree not to abuse chat, WhatsApp, or order systems with spam, false claims, or malicious intent.
