🔁 Cancellations

You may cancel your order if:

• It’s more than 48 hours before the scheduled ritual
• Your name has not yet been included in the sankalp list

After this point, the ritual is already in process and cancellation is not possible.

💸 Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund in the following cases:

• The ritual could not be performed due to unavoidable temple closures or issues
• Your payment was charged but no service was rendered

Refund Timeline: 7–10 business days via your original payment method.

• Your name has been read out in a sankalp video
• Prasad has been packaged or shipped
• Digital videos already shared with you
